COVID19 Vaccine Information

Center Street Community Health Center continues to provide COVID-19 vaccinations. These vaccines are available, not only to our patients, but to the community as well! If you currently qualify to receive the vaccine please call 740-751-6380 ext 303 to get scheduled or to receive more information, or visit gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov to find a location and schedule your appointment. We provide the Moderna vaccine which is available to all persons 18 years of age or older. Other vaccines that are available (though not through Center Street Community Health Center) are Johnson & Johnson, which is available to all persons 18 years of age and older, as well as Pfizer which is available to all persons 12 years of age or older.
